In 2001, IBT Technologies completed another important production facility acquisition, located in Shenzhen -- one of the most developed cities in mainland China. At the same time, IBT Technologies Incorporation Ltd. re-organized its main business in the battery industry and finalized its Hong Kong and Mainland China operations.
